The SpectRx® Near Infrared High Speed
Production System is Compliant with FDA CFR-21-Part 11
If the SpectRx System detects unacceptable chemical
concentration in presented samples of various organic product, it will
force the system to electro-pneumatically reject it. A quarantine chute
is developed for further analysis and error accountability. Foreign
objects may also force the production line to shut down as deemed necessary.
The SpectRx Near Infrared System measures different
percentages of active drug contents deposited within the polymer layers
coating the stainless steel medical Stents
The SpectRx Near Infrared System using the full range
of spectral analysis measures different percentages of active drug contents
deposited within polymer layers coating the stainless steel medical
Stents
The InspectRx® system incorporates one to
8 Fiber Optic Probes placed above each stream
of objects to meet the production demands. Each probe will be responsible
for analyzing objects flowing in a single file at a rate of 80 scans
per second. A cluster of 8 probes will yield 640 objects per second.
